Adding a customer

  1. Click Add Customer on the top bar. For more information, see Basic screen elements.
  2. Enter the following data and click Next to move through the wizard steps.
  3. Click Finish. An email is sent to the customer's email address with a link to create a Sage ID. When the customer clicks the link and creates the Sage ID, the customer is created in Sage Provisioning Portal.

Note: If you start creating a new customer and close the browser without completing the wizard, the customer appears as a draft customer the next time you open the Customer Summary screen.
