Adding a customer
- Click Add Customer on the top bar. For more information, see Basic screen elements.
- Enter the following data and click Next to move through the wizard steps.
- Customer data
- Contacts data
- Billing data (If subscription billing is sent to the customer, you must enter bank account or credit card details to activate the customer.)
- Direct debit data
- Click Finish. An email is sent to the customer's email address with a link to create a Sage ID. When the customer clicks the link and creates the Sage ID, the customer is created in Sage Provisioning Portal.
Note: If you start creating a new customer and close the browser without completing the wizard, the customer appears as a draft customer the next time you open the Customer Summary screen.
