Description of fields in the Customers panel
Field	Description
Name	The customer's name. Click to display the Customer Details screen.
Contact Name	The main contact for the customer.
Contact Email	The contact's email address.
Phone	The contact's phone number.
Sites	The number of sites assigned to the customer.
Status	The status of a newly created customer is Inactive. The status of a customer with a registered Sage ID account is Active. If you lock a customer in the portal, the status of the customer is Active (locked).
