Emails

Sage Provisioning Portal has predefined email templates that send automatic emails to certain user roles on a specific date or when a particular event occurs. You can select which emails are automatically sent. For example, you can send reminder emails to trial users telling them that their trial period is ending and prompting them to buy the product.

1. Click Configuration | Emails.
2. Select the emails to send.
   • Email templates relating to the portal are listed in the Platform panel.
   • Email templates relating to trials are listed in the Try & Buy panel.
3. Click Save.
