Amending a site

You might amend a site if a customer changes a subscription and you need to update the product license information. You can amend a site that has a Ready status. Customers cannot amend their own sites.

1. Click Dashboard | Site Dashboard.
2. Click the site Name.
3. Click Amend site in the Operations panel.
4. Update the Site fields and click Next.
5. Update the Product parts.
6. Depending on the product deployed on the site, you can update the company name.
7. Depending on the operating company, you can change the database performance level. For more information, see Database details.
8. Click Finish.
