You must always define database details.

Company Name |
The name of the company. |

Bacpac |
Indicates that the database uses a bacpac from the customer's on-premise version of the product. |

Performance Level |
The Azure tier used for the database. For some operating companies, you can specify this when creating the site if you're a Sage user. For other operating companies this is a default value. |

Estimated size |
The total amount of space on the database. |
