Editing a scheduled operation
You can edit an operation that's scheduled for a date and time in the future.
- Click Management | Scheduled Operations.
- To display the scheduled operation, enter filter criteria and click the Search icon

- Click the Task detail
icon beside the operation you want to edit.
- To add more sites to the scheduled operation, click Add more sites. This is available only if the task is pending.
- Enter Site filter criteria and click the Search icon
.
- Select the sites from the list of search results.
- Click Save and Yes.
- To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, click Yes.
- Enter Site filter criteria and click the Search icon
- To remove a site from the scheduled operation, click the Remove site icon
beside the site.
- Click Yes.
- To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, click Yes.
- To change the scheduled date and time, click Scheduled date and select a date using the date picker.
- Select a time using the time drop-down lists.
- To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, select Send notification email.
- Click Save and Yes.
