Editing a scheduled operation

You can edit an operation that's scheduled for a date and time in the future.

  1. Click Management | Scheduled Operations.
  2. To display the scheduled operation, enter filter criteria and click the Search icon Search icon.
  3. Click the Task detail Task detail icon icon beside the operation you want to edit.
  4. To add more sites to the scheduled operation, click Add more sites. This is available only if the task is pending.
    1. Enter Site filter criteria and click the Search icon Search icon.
    2. Select the sites from the list of search results.
    3. Click Save and Yes.
    4. To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, click Yes.
  5. To remove a site from the scheduled operation, click the Remove site icon Delete icon beside the site.
    1. Click Yes.
    2. To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, click Yes.
  6. To change the scheduled date and time, click Scheduled date and select a date using the date picker.
    1. Select a time using the time drop-down lists.
    2. To send an email to the first contact of all customers affected by the edited operation, select Send notification email.
    3. Click Save and Yes.
