Setting site administration rights

A customer can enable or disable partner access rights to the site. If access rights are disabled, a partner cannot restore a site or database backup, download a site or database backup, or access the product on the site.

  1. Click Dashboard | Site Dashboard.
  2. Click the site Name.
  3. Click the following links in the Operations panel.
    • As a partner user, click Request Administration to notify the customer that you want administration access to the site.
    • As a customer user, click Enable site administration to allow a partner administration access to your site.
    • As a customer user, click Disable site administration to deny a partner administration access to your site.
