Assigning an accountant to a site

An accountant can access the product deployed on a customer's site but cannot log in to Sage Provisioning Portal. You can assign an accountant to a site that has a Ready status.

1. Click Dashboard | Site Dashboard.
2. Click the site Name to open the Site Details screen.
3. Scroll to the Users panel and click Assign accountant.
4. Enter the accountant's email address and click Search.
   • If the email address is already associated with an existing accountant role, the accountant details are displayed. Select the relevant accountant and click Accept. The accountant is assigned to the site and a notification email is sent to the accountant.
   • If the email address is not yet associated with an existing accountant role, enter the accountant's name, last name, and email address and click Accept. The accountant is created and an email is sent to the accountant to create a Sage ID account. When the user creates this account, the accountant user is added to Sage Provisioning Portal and then assigned to the site. An email is sent to notify the user.
