Replicating a site for Sage 100

You can create a new Sage 100 site based on an existing one using the Replicate operation. The new site can be created using a newer version of Sage 100; therefore, this tool can be useful when upgrading a customer to a new version. The new site uses the following items from the original site:

  • Data disk
  • Users

To replicate a Sage 100 site:

  1. Click Dashboard | Site Dashboard.
  2. Click the site Name.
  3. In the Operations panel, click Replicate .
  4. In the Replicate Site window, enter the name of the new site and select which version of Sage 100 to use.
  5. Click Replicate.

You will receive an email when the process is complete. An audit entry is created for tracking purposes.
