Extending a trial expiration date

The user cannot access the trial site after the trial expiration date. You might extend the expiration date if the customer requests extra time to trial the product.

1. Click Try & Buy | Sites.
2. Click the site Name.
3. Click Expiration date and select a new date from the calendar.
4. Click Save. An email is sent to the customer with the new trial expiration date.
