Deleting a user

There are some considerations to note when deleting a user.

  • If a customer deletes an accountant, the accountant is deleted for the current customer only.
  • If a Sage user deletes an accountant, the accountant is deleted for all customers.
  • If you delete a user who is not assigned to a site, the user is deleted from the portal.
  1. Click Organizations | Users.
  2. Click the user Name.
  3. Click the Delete icon Delete icon beside the user you want to delete.
  4. Click Yes.

Note: You can delete a user on the Users panel on the Site Details screen, Customer Details screen, or Partner details screen.
