Deleting a user
There are some considerations to note when deleting a user.
- If a customer deletes an accountant, the accountant is deleted for the current customer only.
- If a Sage user deletes an accountant, the accountant is deleted for all customers.
- If you delete a user who is not assigned to a site, the user is deleted from the portal.
- Click Organizations | Users.
- Click the user Name.
- Click the Delete icon
beside the user you want to delete.
- Click Yes.
Note: You can delete a user on the Users panel on the Site Details screen, Customer Details screen, or Partner details screen.
