Locking a customer

  1. Click Organizations | Customers.
  2. Use one of the following methods to lock the customer and all users assigned to the customer.
    • Click the Lock icon Lock icon beside the customer and click Yes.
    • Click the customer Name, click Lock Customer in the Operations panel, and click Yes.

Note:

  • You can lock an individual user on the Users panel on the Customer Details screen.
  • When you lock a customer, only accountants assigned to the customer are locked. Accountants assigned to other customer sites are not locked.
