Unlocking a customer

  1. Click Organizations | Customers.
  2. Use one of the following methods to unlock the customer and all users assigned to the customer that have not been locked individually. For more information, see Locking a user.
    • Click the Unlock icon Unlock icon beside the customer and click Yes.
    • Click the customer Name, click Unlock Customer in the Operations panel, and click Yes.

Note: You can unlock an individual user on the Users panel on the Customer Details screen. However, you cannot unlock a user if the customer is locked.
