Viewing processes

You can view all operations performed against real and trial sites.

  1. To view processes for a site, click Dashboard | Site Dashboard and click Action | Processes beside the site Name. Alternatively, click Dashboard | Site Dashboard, click the site Name and then click the Processes icon Processes icon.
    • To view processes for a customer, click Organizations | Customers and click the More information icon More information icon beside the customer Name.
    • To view processes for a partner, click Organizations | Partners and click the More information icon More information icon beside the partner Name.
    • To view processes for an operating company, click Organizations | Operating Companies and click the More information icon More information icon beside the operating company Name.
  2. To cancel a long running process, click the Cancel operation icon Cancel operation icon in the Status column for the process and click Yes.
  3. To reset a process, click the Reset process Reset icon icon in the Status column for the process and click Yes. You can reset a process if the site status is Faulted.
  4. To filter the view, enter the filter criteria and click the Search icon Search icon.
