Adding a user

You can add a portal user. When the user is activated, you can assign them to an organization and then add them to a site so they can access the products available on the site.

  1. Click Organizations | Users.
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Enter values in the User fields.
  4. Click Save. An email is sent to the user's email address with a link to create a Sage ID. When the user clicks the link and creates the Sage ID, the user is created in Sage Provisioning Portal.

Note: You can also add a user on the Users panel on Customer Details screen and the Partner details screen.
