Registering a user

You can manually send a registration email to an inactive user if the user deleted the original email or did not receive it.

  1. Click Organisations | Users.
  2. Click the More Actions button icon in the Actions column.
  3. Click the Send registration email icon Mail icon.
  4. At the confirmation message asking if you want to send a registration email, click OK. An email is sent to the user to create a Sage ID account. When the user creates this account, the user is added to Sage Provisioning Portal.
