Unlocking a customer
- Click Organizations | Customers.
- Use one of the following methods to unlock the customer and all users assigned to the customer that have not been locked individually. For more information, see Locking a user.
- Click the Unlock icon beside the customer and click Yes.
- Click the customer Name, click Unlock Customer in the Operations panel, and click Yes.
Note: You can unlock an individual user on the Users panel on the Customer Details screen. However, you cannot unlock a user if the customer is locked.
