List of fields in the Users panel
Field Description

Name

The user's last name and first name. Click a user Name to view and edit User Details screen.

Email

The user's email address.

Role

The roles assigned to the user. A user can have several roles within the same group. For example, two Sage Operations roles, or two Partner roles. For more information, see User roles.

Status

The status of the user.

  • Inactive indicates a newly created user.
  • Active indicates a user with a registered Sage ID account.
  • Active (Locked) indicates a registered locked user.

 

On the Site Details screen only, this indicates the status of an assigned user.

  • Assigned indicates that the user is assigned and can access the site.
  • Failed indicates that the process of assigning or unassigning the user has failed.

Actions

Icons to perform actions on the user.

  • Lock icon Lock icon. For more information, see Locking a user.
  • Unlock icon Unlock icon. For more information, see Unlocking a user.
  • Delete icon Delete icon. On the Site Details screen, this icon unassigns the user from the site. On the Customer Details screen and the Partner Details screen, this icon deletes the user from the portal.
  • Mail icon Mail icon . Sends a registration email to a new user. For more information, see Adding a user.
