List of fields in header section of Site screen
Field	Description
Customer name	The customer name. Click to open the Customer Details screen.
Contact	The main contact for the customer.
Tel	The customer’s phone number.
Type	The license server: production.
Partner reference	A reference to the partner. By default, this is the same value as the customer name.
Clients	Click to download the desktop application that connects to the product deployed on the site.
Last update	The date on which this screen was last updated.
Last access	The date on which any user last accessed the product deployed on the site.
Status	The current status of the site. The value of Status depends on the product.
Product	The product deployed on the site. Click to display site infrastructure information. For more information, see Viewing site infrastructure.
Version	The version of the installed product. You can update the version. For more information, see Updating a site version.
Rate Plan	The current rate plan for the site.
Serial number	The site serial number.
Icons	Audit icon . For more information, see Audits. Processes icon . For more information, see Viewing processes.
Contract Effective Date	The date on which the customer accepted the new site.
Contract Renewal Date	The date on which the contract must be renewed. It's calculated using the value in Contract Effective Date and the number of months in the rate plan.
Notice Period Date	The date on which the customer is notified that the contract will expire in X days.
Expiration Date	The date on which a trial site expires. This is displayed for a trial site only.
Delete Date	For a real site, this is the date on which site information is deleted if the contract is not renewed. For more information, see Extending a site deletion date. For a trial site, this is the date on which site information is deleted if the trial is not extended. For more information, see Extending a trial deletion date.
