Description of fields in the Customer Summary screen
Field Description

Name

The customer name. Click to display the Customer Details screen.

Contact Name

The main contact for the customer.

Contact Email

The contact's email address.

Phone

The contact's phone number.

Status

The status of a newly created customer is Inactive. The status of a customer with a registered Sage ID account is Active. If you lock a customer in the portal, the status of the customer is Active (locked).

Actions

Icons to perform actions on the customer.

Developer

Indicates if this is a Developer customer. If selected, only free rate plans are available when creating a site.

Search

Displays the search box. Enter a keyword in the box and press Enter to display customers containing the keyword.
