Viewing alerts

You can view alerts for real and trial sites.

  1. Open the screen containing the Alerts icon .
    • To view alerts for a site, click Dashboard | Site Dashboard and click the More information icon beside the site Name. Alternatively, click Dashboard | Site Dashboardand click the site Name.
    • To view alerts for a customer, click Organizations | Customers and click the More information icon beside the customer Name.
    • To view alerts for a partner, click Organizations | Partners and click the More information icon beside the partner Name.
    • To view alerts for an operating company, click Organizations | Operating Companies and click the More information icon beside the operating company Name.
  2. Click the Alerts icon . All current and completed alerts are displayed.
  3. To filter the view, enter the filter criteria and click the Search icon .
