Viewing site performance
You can view performance for real and trial sites. The performance of a selected site is displayed on a graph, with statistics for the performance counters displayed beneath the graph.
The service is not available for me when logged in as sage user, customer or partner. Is it opco specific?
- Click Dashboard | Site Dashboard
- Click the site Name.
- Click the Performance icon
. The performance graph is displayed. - To filter the data displayed on the graph, select the timescale to display and click the refresh icon
. - To display the Site details screen, click Go to detail.
- To change the category of data that's displayed on the graph, click More Counters and select a performance counter.
There are several ways to access the Performance icon .

- Click Dashboards | Sites and click the More information icon
beside the site Name. - Click Organizations | Customers, click the customer Name and then click the site Name.
- Click Organizations | Partners, click the partner Name, the customer Name, and then click the site Name.
