Scheduling a site software update

You can schedule a site software update on a specific date at a specific time.

  1. Click Management | Scheduled Operations.
  2. Click New Task.
  3. Select UpdateVersion from Operation.
  4. Select the product to be updated.
  5. To find the site or sites that you want to update, enter Site filter criteria and click the Search icon . Select the sites from the list of search results.
  6. Select the software version to be installed from Version.
  7. To schedule a future update:
    1. Enter the Scheduled date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or select a date from the date picker.
    2. Select the hour and 15 minute segment time at which the update will occur. The current UTC date and time are displayed for reference.
  8. To update the software immediately, select Update sites now.
  9. To ensure that sites are updated even if they're on hold or not ready, select Force update sites.
  10. Click Save.
