Creating a Try & Buy customer
A customer can trial a product before deciding to purchase it.
To do this, the customer enters the following data in a landing page outside Sage BMS Online Services.
- Contact first name, last name, email address
- Product
- Rate plan
- Product parts
- Product part quantity
The information is validated on the landing page and the customer must accept the trial Terms & Conditions. The trial customer and user information is then displayed in Sage BMS Online Services.
